You will be welcomed by a new, comfortable and elegant environment. All rooms are air-conditioned, with double-glazed (soundproofed) aluminum thermal break windows, and the floors and wall tiles in the bathrooms are porcelain tile.

A coffee machine is located in the common space, which is used to welcome guests. Waffles are replenished daily according to the number of occupants.

The facility is centrally located in Scalea, with a pedestrian entrance and car parking.
